Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Majesta Systems, a Business Process Outsourcing company (“BPO Company”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

– Client refers to any individual or entity that engages the services of Majesta Systems.
– Service Provider refers to Majesta Systems and its affiliates.
– Services include but are not limited to call center operations, data processing, accounting, and other outsourced business processes.

Scope of Services

Majesta Systems will provide services as outlined in the specific agreement between the Client and Majesta Systems. This includes but is not limited to:
– Service Levels: Majesta Systems will adhere to the service levels agreed upon in the contract, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and response times.
– Deliverables: Majesta Systems will deliver all services and materials as specified in the agreement.

Pricing and Payment

– Pricing: The pricing for services will be as agreed upon in the contract.
– Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Majesta Systems remain with Majesta Systems. The Client retains all rights to their proprietary information.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of the agreement.

Data Protection

Majesta Systems will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Majesta Systems is compliant with these laws.

Limited Liability

In no event shall Majesta Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all services will cease, and the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration as specified in the contract.

Changes to Terms

Majesta Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website, and it is the Client’s responsibility to review them regularly.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
